Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy forms part of RPE's Terms of Service. By using our site, you consent to this Privacy Policy. RPE operates by the following principles.

Personal Information

RPE is committed to the privacy and security of personal information. RPE will never sell, trade, transfer, or disclose personal information to any party or business entity except as disclosed in this policy.

Intellectual Property

Protecting your intellectual property is very important to RPE. Anything contained in the document you submit, in whole or in part, shall not be disclosed to any party or business entity. "Document" includes, but is not limited to, ideas, notes, text, data, figures, photographs, graphs, tables, conclusions, discussions, names of authors and co-authors, title, subtitles, and references. Our discussions about your document will not be disclosed to any party.

Your Document

RPE is not responsible for maintaining backup copies of your document(s). After an undisclosed period of time after job completion, typically six months, RPE will destroy all copies of your document(s) using a file erasing program such as Erasure.

Legal Disclosure

RPE may be required to disclose any held personal information as a result of a legitimate request or warrant, or for other reasons required or allowed by applicable laws. If RPE believe that a crime, tort, or other illegal act, including payment fraud, has taken place or is about to take place, RPE may voluntarily disclose relevant personal information to the police, courts, or other competent authorities.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

RPE is in compliance with the requirements of the US federal law Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). RPE does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Website, products, and services are all directed at people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Spam

RPE does not engage in spam or activities that could result in spam. Email addresses collected from Website visitors, for example through forms on Website or direct email contact, will never be disclosed to any party or business entity.

Unsolicited Contact

RPE does not engage in unsolicited contact of Website visitors or individuals. RPE may contact individuals who have voluntarily entered their email address into one of the forms on Website. The purpose of such contact is to answer questions or respond with requested information only. No other contact will be made. Contact will be made via email only. In such cases RPE will clearly identify themselves and provide email contact information. This policy ensures that RPE contact only those individuals with an expectation of being contacted.

Website may have links to other sites which are not owned by RPE and which may have a different privacy policy than that of RPE. RPE is not responsible for loss or damages due to sites linked from Website.
